refund policy

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at getfrankedx@gmail.com within seven (7) days. Please provide us with a description of the issue, and photographs, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will then respond to advise of the replacement process. If we are unable to replace your item, we will offer you a refund.

Please note:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it and you will need to provide proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

If you are entitled to a refund, we will notify you once your item has been received and inspected by us.

If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please note that refund timeframes are dependent on your financial institution and it may take several business days for your bank to process a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. However, we would be happy to offer you an exchange of equal value within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please contact us at getfrankedx@gmail.com and we will be happy to organise this for you. Once we receive your return, we will send your replacement item.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs, including the return of the item, for change of mind exchanges. These costs are non-refundable.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
